Quartz Properties is pleased to announce a new development of 36 mountain modern homes in Poncha Springs, Colorado. The project, called Quartz at Poncha Meadows, will be built using modular construction. The team expects to break ground in December 2021 and complete Phase 1 homes in the Spring of 2022.
Quartz Properties plans to build seven single-family homes on what is now a two-acre field of open grass between Winterhaven Drive and Serenity Place. Lots would range from about 6,000 to 18,000 square feet, according to project representative Samantha Stahlnecker of Galena Engineering.
